What to expect — and what we will not promise

- We do not publish a guaranteed response time and we will not promise one on a form. Scheduling depends on crew availability and travel distance from Kalispell. Call and we will tell you honestly what is available for your site and date.
- Do you cover my area?
- We work across Montana, Idaho, Washington, North Dakota, South Dakota, and into Western Canada, but coverage for any specific site is confirmed on enquiry rather than assumed. Travel is quoted case by case.
- Does dry ice blasting remove the smoke smell?
- It removes the soot and char deposit that carries most of the odour, which is the physical part of the problem. It is not a deodorising or antimicrobial treatment on its own, and porous materials may still need sealing or replacement by the restoration contractor.
- Can you work before the adjuster has approved a scope?
- We can walk the site and produce a documented scope and price you can submit. Whether work starts before approval is between you and your carrier.
- What about lead, asbestos, or other hazardous material in the debris?
- Older buildings can contain regulated materials that a fire disturbs. Anything of that kind needs a licensed abatement contractor and the applicable controls before or alongside our scope — we do not take it on ourselves.
