Fleet & Heavy Equipment Cleaning
Scheduled, predictable, recurring cleaning that's low-abrasion on painted surfaces, decals, and sensitive components.
Surfaces, substrates, and equipment
- Truck engines and undercarriages
- Excavators, loaders, dozers
- Skid steers and attachments
- Municipal and ag equipment
- Trailers and fifth wheels
Technical, not marketing
Fleet cleaning has historically been a choice between expensive (full pressure-wash bay with reclaim) and damaging (degreaser plus high-pressure water on every painted surface, decal, and electrical harness). Dry ice blasting solves both: no process water means no rust accelerator soaking into seams, and no abrasive media means decals, paint, and aluminum stay intact.
We run scheduled route days into your yard. A typical route day cleans 4–8 trucks or 2–4 pieces of heavy equipment depending on condition and access. Maintenance teams schedule blasting between PMs so technicians can actually see leaks, cracks, and worn components — clean equipment makes inspections faster and better.
Recurring fleets see the lowest per-asset cost. We pre-schedule route days against your PM calendar, send a confirmation 48 hours out, and leave a completion record per unit (VIN/asset tag, surface, condition notes, photo).
Outcomes from real jobs
We walk the assets with you before quoting, then send a written scope so there is no ambiguity about what is and isn't included.
We run a test patch on the actual substrate before committing to the full job, so you can see the result before we proceed.
We work inside your maintenance window, subject to site access and ventilation requirements — not the other way around.
Every job closes with a photo record and a time log, so you have documentation on file for your own records.
