First clean of any new asset includes ATP swab points before/after so your QA team can validate and approve the standard.
- 03Production-window execution
Mid-shift, between SKU runs, or full sanitation shutdown — we work the window you give us. Crews wear food-zone-appropriate PPE.
- 04Allergen verification
On allergen changeovers your QA team runs protein-residue and ATP testing per your existing program; we don't release the line — that determination stays with your QA team.
- 05Sanitation-log documentation
Per-equipment record with photos, time stamps, lot/run codes, and tech sign-off. Drops straight into your sanitation binder or digital log.
