      Walk us through the loss by phone or shared photos. We commit a mobilization window and a per-area pricing structure on the call.

      We do not promise a guaranteed response time. Timing depends on crew availability and travel and is confirmed when you call; outside the standing service area we scope mobilization and day rate on the phone before committing.

      Coordinated with demo & contents

      We sequence behind your demo so we're not blasting dust onto un-protected pack-out. Lead tech coordinates with your project manager daily.

      Per-area Xactimate-ready record

      Photos by room/area, square footage cleaned, substrate notes. Drops into your estimate and final invoice package.

      Sign-off & handoff

      Final walk with your PM. We hand off a clean substrate ready for the next trade — no rinse, no dry-out delay.
