Summit Cryo Services, LLC ("Summit Cryo," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and provides mobile dry ice blasting services across the Mountain West and Western Canada. Our base of operations is Kalispell, MT.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information that helps us respond to inquiries and deliver service. Specifically:

• Contact details you submit — name, company, email, phone number, job site address, and any project notes you include in our contact, quote, or site-visit forms.
• Photos or files you send us — when you attach images of equipment, surfaces, or facilities to a quote request.
• Basic technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed. This is collected through standard server logs and analytics to keep the site running and improve it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the site for advertising re-targeting.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your quote, site-visit, or general contact request.
• To schedule and perform the work you've requested.
• To send transactional follow-ups (scheduling, before/after documentation, invoices).
• To improve site performance, security, and content.
• To comply with legal, tax, or insurance requirements.

We use a small number of first-party cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site secure. • Our parent organization, Summit Surface Partners, for shared scheduling and billing.

Quote requests and project records are retained for as long as needed to service the relationship and meet our tax, insurance, and warranty obligations — typically up to seven years. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 8).

7. Security

We use HTTPS in transit, restrict access to project records to staff who need it, and store records with reputable cloud providers. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we treat your information with the same care we expect for our own.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@summit-surface.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and we'll respond within 30 days.

9. Children

This site is intended for business buyers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the site for at least 30 days.
