Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Summit Cryo Services, LLC ("Summit Cryo," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website and provides mobile dry ice blasting services across the Mountain West and Northern Plains. Our base of operations is Kalispell, MT.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information that helps us respond to inquiries and deliver service. Specifically:

• Contact details you submit — name, company, email, phone number, job site address, and any project notes you include in our contact, quote, or site-visit forms.
• Photos or files you send us — when you attach images of equipment, surfaces, or facilities to a quote request.
• Basic technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed. This is collected through standard server logs and analytics to keep the site running and improve it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the site for advertising re-targeting.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your quote, site-visit, or general contact request.
• To schedule and perform the work you've requested.
• To send transactional follow-ups (scheduling, before/after documentation, invoices).
• To improve site performance, security, and content.
• To comply with legal, tax, or insurance requirements.

4. Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics, delivered through Google Tag Manager, receives page and device information and interactions with inquiry forms, phone, email and scheduling links for analytics and advertising measurement and optimization. Form contact details, notes and uploaded files are not included in these events. Tracking is off until acceptance in the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland and when your country cannot be established. Elsewhere it is enabled unless you opt out or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. You can accept, decline or withdraw at any time through Cookie settings in the footer; your choice applies immediately and does not affect inquiry forms. We store your choice, country when available, time and the notice shown, preserving acceptance evidence after withdrawal. You can also contact us about your choice. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some preferences (like our smooth-scroll toggle) won't be remembered between visits.

5. Sharing

We share information only with parties that help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Our parent organization, Summit Surface Partners, for shared scheduling and billing.
• Hosting, email, and form-processing providers operating under standard data-processing terms.
• Government, regulatory, or legal authorities when required by law.

6. Data retention

Quote requests and project records are retained for as long as needed to service the relationship and meet our tax, insurance, and warranty obligations — typically up to seven years. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 8).

7. Security

We use HTTPS in transit, restrict access to project records to staff who need it, and store records with reputable cloud providers. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we treat your information with the same care we expect for our own.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@summit-surface.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and we'll respond within 30 days.

9. Children

This site is intended for business buyers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the site for at least 30 days.
