    Local jobs within 25 driving miles of our Kalispell operating base are billed at $275 per on-site hour, with a two-hour minimum. Jobs more than 25 driving miles from our base carry a $1,000 minimum project charge. Your written estimate confirms the service zone and any travel, dry ice, access, ventilation, containment, teardown, or site-control requirements before work begins.

    Distance is ordinary one-way driving miles from 109 Alden Loop, Building 12, PNC Business Park, Kalispell, MT 59901 — not a straight-line radius. Exactly 25.0 driving miles or less is local.

    Every written estimate confirms travel and mobilization, dry ice, access, ventilation and CO₂ controls, isolation, containment, teardown, site controls, exclusions, and the total.
