By using www.summit-cryo.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. The Site is operated by Summit Cryo Services, LLC.

2. What this Site is — and isn't

The Site provides general information about our mobile dry ice blasting services, coverage areas, and pricing structure. Information here is for reference only and does not constitute a contract, binding quote, or guarantee of results. Actual scope, price, and warranties are documented in a written work order or service agreement signed for each project.

3. Quote requests

Submitting a contact or site-visit request does not create a service contract. We confirm scope, scheduling, and pricing in a separate written quote after reviewing your job. Pricing bundles shown on the Site are typical-range starting points, not firm offers.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or scrape the Site.
• Don't submit false information or impersonate someone else when contacting us.
• Don't reuse our photos, copy, or branding for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photography, illustrations, and the Summit Cryo and Summit Surface Partners marks — is owned by Summit Cryo Services, LLC or our parent and licensors. You may view and share links to public pages. Any other use requires our written permission.

The Site may link to third-party sites (e.g., our parent at summit-surface.com, equipment manufacturers, or industry references). We're not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do our best to keep information accurate, but typos, outdated content, and brief outages happen.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Summit Cryo Services, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

This section does not limit liability for our actual service work — that's governed by the work order or service agreement for the project.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Flathead County, Montana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
