    Winter maintenance dry ice blasting

Use planned shutdowns and winter maintenance windows to clean plant equipment, fleets, heavy equipment and commercial kitchens in place — without process water or added blast media.

    Maintenance windows

    Where winter windows fit

    Plants and production lines

Holiday shutdowns, year-end PM days and slower winter production schedules are natural windows to clean conveyors, gearboxes, molds, ovens and electrical enclosures in place, under your lockout/tagout and site rules.

    Fleets and heavy equipment

Trucks, trailers, loaders, dozers and ag machines that are parked or in the shop over winter can be cleaned ahead of inspection, repair or the next season. Substrate compatibility is confirmed on a representative unit first.

    Commercial kitchens

Hoods, ovens and cooking-line equipment are cleaned after close or during a planned closure, with containment, ventilation and CO₂ monitoring planned into the scope.

    Planning

Scope it before the window opens

    • Map your windows: shutdown dates, PM days, shift-change overlaps or closure dates.
    • Send the asset list, photos of the buildup, location and access details.
    • We match the scope to the window and confirm site requirements in a written scope.
    • Scheduling, weather and crew availability are confirmed per job — no date is held until the scope is agreed.
